Asset Advisory was founded by Jacob Bannor, who brings more than 20 years of experience in asset management, leasing, operations, and value creation within retail and commercial real estate across Denmark and the Nordic region.

Through senior roles at Hines, Citycon, Unibail-Rodamco, and Lidl, Jacob has worked with everything from large shopping centres and mixed-use properties to smaller urban centres and commercial property portfolios. His experience includes strategic asset management, leasing, operations, repositioning, CAPEX projects, and optimisation of operational performance.

Asset Advisory operates with a hands-on and commercially driven approach, transforming strategy into tangible results through active advisory, structure, and execution.
